EBI is looking for Senior Design Specialist (PMD - Performance and Managment Development), talents who have the interest, skills and capabilities to join our team!

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

· Assisting in the EBI annual training plan.

· Prepare Training Proposals for contractual programs/certificates.

· Recommend instructors/backup instructors for the execution team.

· Design and develop new courses, revise existing courses, and develop supporting learning materials including (PG, PPT, IG, and Handouts…).

· Material Review.

· Upload all training materials, pre-work, assignments, and exams on the EBI Platform.

· Prepare announcement email content and request flyers for special programs/certificates from Corporate Communications.

· Communication with the RM team to meet clients' requests (through emails, meetings…etc.)

Skills and knowledge:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Education or any related field.

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training field, preferably within a training provider working in the leadership and soft skills arena.

· Good command of English both written and spoken

· Very good communication and presentation skills

· Good market research/ searching skills

· Analytical and logical thinking

· Teamwork skill
